Binding for Dear ImGui

I have created a Heaps binding for Dear ImGui, a graphical user interface used mostly for creating game tools UI.

ImGui is a C/C++ library, so I have created a native extension to make a bridge between it and Heaps. The binding is quite large and new, so some bugs might remain.

Thank you so much, this is exactly what I needed! The API was a little harsh at first, but I eventually figured it out. Keep up the good work!
