Sounds keep screeching

Hello,

I just updated to Haxe 4.0.2 and Visual studio also update to its halloween update. Since then, my music keeps on screeching all the time when i use hxd.Res.[myMusic].play(). Am I the only one stuck with this? I am using a WAV file.

Edit: sounds work fine using a js build. But it goes bad as soon as i use hashlink instead.

I finally found the issue. We basically have to use OGG files for music, it’s the only way it works for me. Note, the problem comes with hashlink. Other formats work fine with js
